Questions about contacting HASC
- A person from the owning team will come back to you at the earliest opportunity — membership enquiries take a little longer, because tier and domain checks happen before we reply. Nothing is sent to you automatically, so keep the reference shown when you send: the reply comes to the address you supplied.
- Yes — the form only exists to get your enquiry to the right team. The same inboxes take direct mail:
- General — contact@hasc.org.uk
- Membership — memberships@hasc.org.uk
- Training — training@hastacademy.co.uk
- There is no public office to drop into. Meetings happen on a call, at your site, or alongside an event — say where you are and what you need, and we will suggest a time.
- Send a short note to contact@hasc.org.uk with "security" in the subject — enough for us to recognise it, and no vulnerability detail. We will come back to you with an encrypted channel before you share anything further. Please do not put the detail in this form.
- Your name, email, organisation, sector and message go to the owning team's inbox and are used to answer you — nothing else. Mail is sent through Microsoft in HASC's own Azure subscription. The privacy notice covers retention and your rights, including asking us to delete the enquiry.
